At NewLeaf Cleaning LLC, we believe great service comes from great relationships — with both our clients and our team. These Terms and Conditions are designed to create clear expectations so we can consistently provide reliable, high-quality cleaning while taking care of the people who make it possible.
By scheduling or receiving services from NewLeaf Cleaning LLC (“NewLeaf,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
NewLeaf Cleaning LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed upon during booking or estimate.
Services may include bi-weekly cleaning, one-time cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and other related services.
Cleaning tasks will be performed according to the scope discussed during booking. Requests for additional services may result in additional charges.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client regarding the size and condition of the property.
Pricing may be adjusted if:
Whenever possible, clients will be notified of any price adjustments before services continue.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

For recurring clients, a valid payment method may be required to remain on file.
If payment is not received within 7 days of service, NewLeaf Cleaning LLC reserves the right to charge the payment method on file and suspend future services until payment is received.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any fees.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
If our cleaning team is unable to access the property at the scheduled appointment time, a lock-out fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price may apply.
5. Arrival Windows
NewLeaf Cleaning LLC schedules appointments within an arrival window rather than an exact arrival time.
While we strive to arrive as scheduled, factors such as traffic, weather, or delays at previous appointments may occasionally impact arrival time.
Clients will typically receive an estimated arrival window (for example 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM).
Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refunds.
6. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

7. Preparation for Cleaning
To allow our team to clean effectively, clients are asked to:

8. Satisfaction Guarantee
NewLeaf Cleaning LLC strives to provide high-quality service.
If you are dissatisfied with any portion of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
We will make reasonable efforts to return and address the issue.
Refunds are generally not issued for services already rendered.
9. Damage and Liability
Our team takes great care while cleaning, but accidents can occasionally occur.
Clients must report any suspected damage within 24 hours of service completion.
NewLeaf Cleaning LLC is insured, and verified damage caused by our team will be addressed through repair, replacement, or insurance claim where appropriate.
NewLeaf Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from:
10. Valuables and Fragile Items
Clients are responsible for securing valuable or irreplaceable items, including:

11. Breakage of Fragile Items
While our cleaners take care around household items, certain fragile or unstable items may be susceptible to damage during routine cleaning.

12. Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
NewLeaf Cleaning LLC generally provides all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
If clients request specific products be used, those products must be provided and clearly labeled.
NewLeaf Cleaning LLC cannot guarantee results when using client-provided products.
13. Undisclosed Conditions or Excessive Dirt
Estimates are based on the property condition described during booking.
If the property contains significantly heavier buildup or conditions not disclosed beforehand, NewLeaf Cleaning LLC reserves the right to:

14. Biohazards, Mold, and Pest Infestations
For safety reasons, NewLeaf Cleaning LLC does not clean biohazardous or hazardous conditions.

If these conditions are discovered, our team may stop work immediately. The scheduled service fee may still apply.
15. Pets
Clients must ensure pets are secured or controlled during cleaning appointments if necessary.
For the safety of both pets and cleaners, service may be declined if animals present a safety risk.
16. Right to Refuse Service
NewLeaf Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in situations involving:
If service is stopped due to unsafe conditions, charges may still apply.
17. Independent Contractors and Employees
NewLeaf Cleaning LLC may utilize both employees and independent contractors.
All cleaners working with NewLeaf are carefully vetted, and references are verified where appropriate. Independent contractors are required to maintain their own insurance coverage.
18. Insurance
NewLeaf Cleaning LLC maintains general liability insurance coverage. Proof of insurance may be provided upon request.
19. Non-Solicitation of Staff
NewLeaf Cleaning LLC invests significant time and resources in recruiting and training our team.
Clients agree not to directly solicit or hire any NewLeaf employee or contractor for private work during service or for 12 months following the last completed service.
If a client wishes to hire a cleaner independently, written permission from NewLeaf Cleaning LLC must be obtained first.
Unauthorized hiring may result in a referral fee of up to $2,500.
20. Recurring Services
Recurring services may be modified, paused, or canceled with reasonable notice.
Pricing may occasionally be adjusted due to changes in labor costs, supply costs, or service scope.
Clients will be notified of any pricing changes in advance.
21. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
For safety reasons, cleaning appointments may occasionally be rescheduled due to severe weather or unforeseen events, including:
If rescheduling becomes necessary, NewLeaf Cleaning LLC will contact clients as soon as possible to arrange the next available appointment.
22. Before and After Photos
NewLeaf Cleaning LLC may occasionally take before and after photos of cleaned areas for internal documentation, quality assurance, or training purposes.
Photos will not include identifying personal information and will not be used publicly without client permission.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewLeaf Cleaning LLC’s liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
NewLeaf Cleaning LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
24. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Any disputes arising from services provided shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the State of Colorado.
25. Changes to These Terms
NewLeaf Cleaning LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website or provided to clients upon request. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
