At this time, we do not offer specialized services such as carpet shampooing, exterior cleaning, or post-construction cleaning. However, we’re always looking for ways to grow and better serve our clients. If you have a specific request, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’ll gladly let you know if it’s something we can accommodate.

We believe pricing should be simple and straightforward. For residential services, we charge by the hour — which means no lengthy walkthroughs or confusing quotes. You only pay for the time and care your home actually needs.

For commercial spaces, pricing depends on the size of the facility, the scope of work, and your scheduling needs. The best way to get an accurate number is to reach out to us directly — we’ll take the time to understand your space and create a plan that fits both your needs and your budget.


Absolutely. Every cleaner we work with — whether a W-2 team member or an independent contractor — is background checked and has references verified before joining NewLeaf. 


Our company is fully insured, and all independent contractors are required to carry and provide proof of their own liability insurance as well.


We truly believe our success is tied to the strength of our team. That’s why we’re intentional about who we bring on — we only hire people we genuinely believe in, and who believe in the level of care and professionalism we stand for.


Not necessarily, but a little preparation can help us focus on what we do best—cleaning. If surfaces and floors are clear of items, our team can spend more time thoroughly cleaning your home and less time organizing or moving things out of the way.


If items are left out, our cleaners will do their best to carefully move lighter belongings aside while they clean, as long as they are not fragile or overly heavy. Please note that this may reduce the amount of time spent on actual cleaning tasks.


For safety and quality reasons, we are unable to clean homes that are excessively cluttered or in extremely unclean conditions.


Absolutely! We love pets and are happy to clean homes where they live. For everyone’s safety and comfort, we just ask that pets who may be nervous around new people or cleaning equipment are kept in a secure area while our team is working. 


Nope, you’re welcome to remain at home while our team is cleaning! We simply ask that you allow our cleaners enough space to work efficiently as they move through different areas of the home.


That said, many customers find it easier to step out while the cleaning is taking place so our team can move freely throughout the home and complete the service as efficiently as possible.


Just please keep in mind that vacuums and other equipment can also be a bit noisy while we’re working.


Nope! We bring everything needed to complete your cleaning. Our team arrives with professional cleaning products and equipment. If you have a specific product you’d like us to use, we’re happy to accommodate when possible, though we can’t guarantee the same results when using products we don’t normally work with.
